This book is the perfect book to find yourself. Let’s start with the cover and the title shall we? When you first hear this title you think why would someone name a book that? Then you look at the cover of the book and you then see an eye with what it appears as tears and you wonder why someone would choose that as a cover of their book. But as soon as you flip to day one you realize that the questions and the structures of the sentences now makes all sense to the front of the book. The author Nimish Gounder wants you to dig deep even if it makes you start to tear up and cry. The way his wording is makes it feel as if you and him are sitting there over looking a scenic view and having a deep conversation. I am only on day 4 but I am looking forward to the rest of the day. I would totally recommend this book to anyone with mental health issues that don’t want to go and talk to someone this book definitely helps.
