Once again I am required to give a numerical rating to a therapeutic book which is difficult for me to do. The book deals with a subject that affects all people and the author does a good job of defining "Stress" and how it effects all of us to some degree. The book appears to be comprehensive and complete in analyzing the subject and providing various remedies. The stressbusting techniques seem positive and I plan to try several of them. I also plan to refer to the book and workbook in the future and I would encourage other readers to do so as well. I rate this book numerically at 4.5/5 , and definitely recommend!
