Paula Rizzo is the Queen of Lists as she so eloquently puts it the List Producer. With the day to day hustle of every day life Paula makes it known that "Rest is the new hustle." What could be more enjoyable than sitting down with a cup of tea and reading her new book "Listful Living?" Well I am here to say that this book/journal is EVERYTHING I could have wanted and more. She gives great insight into her own struggles and triumphs in order for us (the reader) to not only connect with her but by default understand our own selves a little bit better. "Listful Living" helps you dive deep without actually diving TOO deep. This is the quintessential journal for all proud list makers alike. My favorite Listful tip is the idea that slowing down is actually "prioritizing on steroids." Paula had a life threatening condition and had to rest. So why can't we all take the time (minus the condition of course) and be mindful of the sweet beauty that is just relaxing. She doesn't ask you to sit on your behind all day and do nothing but just revel in the idea that slowing down will help productivity in the long run. What a great Journal/book full of fun ideas and tips that help our chaotic schedules and help us to just appreciate our selves and our lives.Congratulations Paula and continued success on every book here after! Kara Cerruti I love Productivity Queen Paula Rizzo's book Listful Living. The journal format ensures that the lists we make come from self -awareness. We first learn more about who we are, what we want and why we want what we want. Our lists will then help us not just get things done, but get the right things done for the right reasons, that is, in alignment with what is most meaningful to us. In today's fast forward world, taking the time to step back a bit is invaluable to allow us to then step forward with clarity, focus, purpose and joy. Highly recommended.
